1 c chopped kale
3⁄4 c frozen mixed berries
3⁄4 c fat-free milk
1⁄2 frozen banana
1⁄2 c fresh or frozen mango cubes
2 tsp honey
In a blender, combine the kale, berries, milk, banana, mango, and honey. Puree for 1 to 2 minutes, until smooth.
